AOTM March - Neurosis "An Undying Love For A Burning World"
March was a very strong month when it comes to new releases. With new Albums by Exodus (one of my all-time favorite bands) and a very strong release by Gaerea, it was hard to pick a favorite.
However, in the end, the new Neurosis Album An Undying Love For A Burning World surpassed them all. After 10 years, Neurosis unleashed a heavy beast full of sludge, doom and post metal influences without any warning. Hearing a new release from the scene verterans was a huge surprise to me and a pleasant one, as “An Undying Love For A Burning World” has it all: melody, heaviness, brutality and excitement.
